• Apply background and brightness adjustments
• Save a print-ready layout
• Save a JPEG for online attachment
• Show pre-submission reminders and printing guidance

3. Pricing

Capturing, importing, editing, and previewing photos are available for free. Paid options are offered for print exports, online attachment exports, and saving both together.

Re-export availability and duration depend on the purchase option and the guidance shown in the app.

4. Billing

• Payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit
• Paid content is provided as digital content through the App Store
• Reinstalling the app or changing devices does not guarantee that prior entitlements will always be restored outside the app's stated behavior
• Refunds and billing support follow Apple's policies

5. Prohibited use

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the app
• Modifying, copying, or redistributing the app
• Using the app for unlawful purposes or fraudulent identity-related use
• Applying or relying on excessive image manipulation contrary to the purpose of identity verification

6. Disclaimers

• The app helps prepare submission photos, but does not guarantee acceptance or application eligibility
• Acceptance decisions and document requirements are determined by the Immigration Services Agency of Japan or the relevant office
• Official guidance may change, so users must check the latest public information before submitting
• Unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law

7. Data handling

Photo data is processed on the device and is not sent to the developer server. Please see the Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Service changes or suspension

• Free features may change or stop without prior notice
• If paid features are discontinued, reasonable advance notice will be provided

9. Changes to these terms

The developer may update these terms as needed. Updated terms take effect when announced in the app or on the website.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes related to the app or these terms will be subject to the court with jurisdiction over the developer's location, as permitted by law.
